ISO 9001 Certification
It’s official! TAW announces that it is ISO 9001:2015 certified
TAW sees quality as a determining factor in its organizational culture. TAW’s Board of Directors has therefore defined the scope of quality management as the Desenvolvimento, Fornecimento e Manutenção de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (according to the original), investing in the provision of excellent services, taking into account the specific needs of customers and ensuring the confidentiality of all information. The continuous improvement of all processes assures a higher degree of effectiveness, and the constant improvement and training of knowledge and skills allows for the development of innovative methodologies that cement TAW as a pioneer in its field.
All this is only possible with an appropriately organized Quality Management System.
Certification
TAW was certified on January 25, 2024 by the EiC – Entidade Internacional de Certificação (according to the original). This entity assessed the Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and carried out an audit of the system’s documentation.
Importance of Certification
Certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard has always been a major goal for TAW, mainly because it represents a testimony of credibility and compliance with the quality of the services provided, always maintaining a focus on customer and other stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, it guarantees advantages in terms of competitiveness, trust, prestige and image.

Our commitment
- In terms of objectives – TAW implements a philosophy of management by objectives, setting work targets taking into account the resources available and the time frame for achieving them.
- In terms of impartiality, independence and confidentiality – All TAW employees guarantee compliance with professional secrecy with regard to all information to which they have access in the performance of their duties, projects, customizations or innovations implemented, signing an ethical commitment and being free from any type of internal or external influence of a commercial, financial or other nature that could negatively influence the quality of the work provided.
- Management review – TAW reviews the implemented Management System to ensure that it is permanently adequate and effective in meeting the regulatory requirements of the adopted standards, the policy and the defined objectives.
- Continuous improvement – TAW meets regularly to analyze the Quality Management System documents and assess their suitability; to analyse non-conformities and observations arising from internal and external audits and define the respective corrections and corrective actions, to identify areas where improvement actions need to be implemented and to define preventive actions where necessary, and also to propose improvements that will lead to updating the Management System.
- In terms of human resources – TAW ensures that human resources are managed in such a way as to guarantee the conditions for providing compliant services and satisfying customer needs, and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the recruitment and ongoing training procedures.
- In terms of infrastructure and work environment – TAW determines and provides the appropriate equipment and infrastructure for the operation of processes, analyzing them and defining which infrastructure resources are available, whether they are in good working order or whether something needs to be replaced, maintained or purchased.
- At stakeholder level – TAW checks and evaluates its performance from the customer’s point of view, with the aim of proceeding and modifying processes to solve problems or better meet customer needs and expectations, through customer feedback. TAW is also concerned with fostering a good working environment for its employees by combining social, psychological and physical factors in order to create and establish a favourable environment for the entire organization. In this respect, all employees express their satisfaction with their presence and management in the company. Finally, as a stakeholder, TAW is concerned about all partners and suppliers and their performance in providing materials or services. As such, it recognizes that continuous evaluation of their performance is essential.
